After Sale Service

All products bought from SercoVision will gain a 12 months warranty from the date in the commercial invoice (normally the delivery date) for free of charge (exclude the lcd & touch panel).

If your device is crashed by non-human damage, just contact with sales person by email or phone to get the technical support online, if in unlikely event that the problem can not be resolved by online support, then RMA support will be provide.
RMA simply stands means for “Return Merchandise Authorization.” You’ll need an RMA number before you send your defective product back and have it fixed or replaced. You can’t just ship your faulty hardware to us unannounced. We won’t just accept it and fix it without knowing what’s wrong with it or who you are. We'll also want you to ensure the hardware is actually faulty before you send it back. 

Process of RMA Service:
1. Ask a RMA form from sales person, fill it up and you will get a RMA number, and an after-sale person will appointed to follow on your case.
2. After-sale person will advise you the exactly address to return and how to pack the units.
3. You pack and ship the units.
4. Keep patient to wait receipt notice and repair details from us.

RMAs are no fun, especially the part where you have to wait weeks before you can use the product you paid for again. But there isn’t much else you can do if your hardware is broken, as this is how most hardware manufacturers deal with warranty claims. :-)
